Tammy Marie Carmichael, age 61, of Heber Springs, Arkansas passed away November 15, 2020. Born on October 22, 1959 in San Gabriel Valley, California, she was the daughter of the late David Douglas Gauvey and Lavern Liles Kyander Gauvey. Tammy was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Charles Carmichael and her brother David Gauvey. She is survived by her children Jimmy Douglas Gauvey and his wife Christy, Jonathan Wayne Hussman, and Amanda Hussman, her grandchildren Destiny Gauvey, Douglas Hussman, Alex Davis and Laura Hussman, and her sister Rhonda White and her husband Lloyd. Mrs. Carmichael is also survived by her other relatives and many friends. A Celebration of Life will be held from 6:00pm – 8:00pm on Monday, November 16, 2020 at Olmstead Funeral Home. www.olmstead.cc
