Jacob Lee

It is with sadness that the family of the late JACOB LEE of Grand Bank announce his passing at the Blue Crest Home in Grand Bank on Monday, November 16th at the age of 88.

Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are wife Julia of 62 years; sons, William (Louise) of Grand Bank and Perry (Natalie) of Nova Scotia; daughter, Peggy Riggs (Robert) of Grand Bank; sister, Margaret Trafford of NS; brother, William Lee (Jean) of Corner Brook; 5 grandchildren, Dominique Lee (Mike Cox), Kayla Hillier (Colin), Tyler Lee, Kaitlyn Lee and Ethan Lee; 2 great-grandchildren, Evan Hillier and Kali Cox; plus a lager circle of relatives and friends.

Jacob was pre-deceased by parents, Elias and Susie Lee; brother, Darrel Lee; stepbrother, Ben Lee and sister, Carrie Pardy.

There will be a private visitation at Wiseman’s Funeral Home in Grand Bank on Tuesday, November 17th from 10:00 am – 12:00 noon for Family Only.

Visitation for public will be on Tuesday, November 17th from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm and on Wednesday, November 18th from 2-4 pm and 7-9pm.

Due to the rules and regulations of COVID-19 this will be a walk through visitation and we can accommodate 20 visitors in the funeral home at one time.

Please note that there is no food or beverages permitted in the funeral home as well.

Funeral service to take place at the Salvation Army Citadel, Grand Bank, Thursday, November 19th, 2020 at 2:00 pm, interment to follow at the Salvation Army Cemetery, Grand Bank.

In Jacob’s memory donations may be made to the Salvation Army Cemetery Fund, Grand Bank or flowers gratefully accepted.
