Jimmy “Jim” Dean McDowell, 58, of Arkansas City passed away Thursday, November 12, 2020, at his residence. Cremation has been effected. A Celebration of Life has been scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Friday, November 20, 2020, at the In His Image Church (1000 N. Summit) in Arkansas City. Pastors Rocky Canaday Sr. and Carol Cook will officiate. In lieu of flowers, the family askes that donations be made to assist with funeral expenses.
