Tyler Matthew Blevins, age 20, departed this life on Saturday, November 14, 2020, at his home in Oneida, TN. Born March 7, 2000, he was the son of Tammy Ellen West and Jason Spears and Troy Blevins, Sr. He was a member of the House of the Lord in Oneida, Tennessee. Tyler was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Dorum Judson West, Calvin Green, and McArthur Blevins; grandmothers, Wanda West and Maxine Blevins , great-grandmother, Ida Mae West; aunts, Litha Mae West, Lendy Sarah West, and Tonya Denice West; great grandfather, Wade Nelson. In addition to his parents, he is survived by grandmothers, Sarah Elizabeth Green, Josephine Chambers, and Sheila Spears; grandfathers, Allen West, Sr. and Christopher Spears; brothers, Troy Dewayne Blevins, II, Craig Blevins, and Dustin Blevins; special great-aunt, Evie Rae West; special aunt, Molly West; special uncles, Jasper Dorum West, Willard West, and James West; special cousin, Mikayla Blevins; step-aunt Felicia Spears; step-cousin, Gabe Allender; many aunts, uncles, relatives and friends Graveside service will be held on Thursday, November 19, 2020, at 2:00 P.M., at the West Family Cemetery with Bro. Dilbert Terry officiating. Pallbearers will be family and friends. In lieu of flowers, family is requesting donations be made to the Tyler Matthew Blevins Memorial Fund C/O Four Oaks Funeral Home P.O. Box 410 Huntsville, TN 37756 Four Oaks Funeral Home in Oneida has been entrusted with final arrangements for the family of Matthew Tyler Blevins.
