Cyril Heath, passed peacefully away surrounded by his loving family at Glenbrook Lodge, on November 14, 2020, at the age of 86 years. Predeceased by his wife: Matilda; parents: Clyde and Annie Heath; sisters: Una Davis, Judy Byrd, and Jean Vincent; brother: Wayne Heath; brothers-in-law: Gordon Henderson, Ches Vincent, and George Davis. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his sons: Craig (Shelly) and David (Athene); grandchildren: Michelle (Daniel), Brianna (Ryan), Joshua, Jordan; step-grandchildren: Melissa (Steve) and Mike (Laura); great-grandchildren: Griffin and Meleena; brothers: Doug (Sheila), Ed (Sylvia), and Gordon (Patsy); sister: Bette Henderson; special friends: Dot (Earle, deceased) Harding, Bob Goobie, Paul Ruby, and Doug Stone. As well as many other relatives and friends. Due to the current Covid -19 restrictions the funeral service will be invitation only. However, the funeral service will be live streamed. To attend virtually on Monday, November 16, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. please visit www.barretts.ca and follow the link provided. Special thank you to the staff at the Waterford Hospital and Glenbrook Lodge. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Cyril’s memory to the Janeway Children’s Hospital Foundation. Although he was saddened to leave the joys of Middle Gull Pond, hockey games, and coffee at the mall, going home to the arms of his beloved Matilda were too tempting an offer to decline.
