MAY MARGARET (HAWKINS) ENNIS, age 83 of Clanton, passed away on November 13, 2020 at her residence. She was born in Lebanon, Virginia on March 25, 1937; the daughter of the late Kyle Hawkins and the late Vesta Hawkins.

She was a former educator.

She is survived by: Son, James F. Ennis of Clanton; Brother, Ron Hawkins of Limestone, Tennessee; and Sister, Patricia (Roger) Jessee of Virginia.

She is preceded in death by: Husband, Franklin Jess Ennis and Parents, Kyle and Vesta Hawkins.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at 11:00am from the Chapel of Ellison Memorial Funeral Home in Clanton, with Rev. J. Aaron Ellison and Rev. Jason Green officiating.

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 16, 2020 from 6pm-8pm at Ellison Memorial Funeral Home in Clanton.

Burial will follow the service at Mineral Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.
