Genell Henderson

Loris, South Carolina Ms. Genell Henderson, age 89, passed away on November 12, 2020 at McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence, SC. Ms. Henderson was born on October 8, 1931 in Mullins, SC, to the late Edward Worth Henderson and the late Zelma Lee Stephens Henderson. Ms. Henderson worked as a Payroll Secretary at M.T.I in New York until her retirement and was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include her six nieces and nephews, Janet Graham, James W. Henderson, Linda H. Gaetano, Edward Henderson, Barbara H. Young, and James Thomas Henderson; and many loving great-nieces, great-nephews, and extended family. Ms. Henderson was predeceased by her two brothers, James Worth Henderson and Grafton Leo Henderson; three sisters, Nancy Lee Graham, Esmal Henderson Jones, and Irma H. Cooke; and her loving dog, “Samantha”. Graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, November 15, 2020 at Twin City Memorial Gardens with Rev. Mack Hutson officiating.
