<p>It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the passing of Gerald on November 8 2020.</p> <p>Gerry is predeceased by his wife Judy in September 2020.</p> <p>Survived by daughter Tracy, grandsons Tyler and Colin of Regina, son Rick (Cindy) grandson Sam, granddaughter Zoe of Regina. His brothers Robin Stewart of Port Moody, David Stewart of Parksville, sister-in-law Kathleen (Bud) Swan, nephew&nbsp;Ben Wright-Swan, niece Carly Johnson and nephew Brian Stewart and their families.&nbsp;</p> <p>Gerry was born on November 29, 1941 in Keewatin, Ontario to parents Francis (Frank) and Audrey (Snook) Stewart. He married his wife of 57 years Judy Hills in 1963. Gerry was active in numerous churches throughout his life.</p> <p>He lived in many places, Marathon, Port Alberni, Montreal, Victoria, Vancouver, Nanaimo and Regina before settling in Parksville. He spent his final six weeks&nbsp;at the Gardens in Qualicum Beach.</p> <p>Gerry&rsquo;s family would like to thank the kind compassionate people who helped Gerry through his final weeks. Their caring help was greatly appreciated.</p> <p>Gerry is now reunited with Judy.</p>

Gerry is predeceased by his wife Judy in September 2020.

Survived by daughter Tracy, grandsons Tyler and Colin of Regina, son Rick (Cindy) grandson Sam, granddaughter Zoe of Regina. His brothers Robin Stewart of Port Moody, David Stewart of Parksville, sister-in-law Kathleen (Bud) Swan, nephew Ben Wright-Swan, niece Carly Johnson and nephew Brian Stewart and their families.
