<p>Patty Wiggington, 77, of Linton, IN. passed away on Thursday, November 12, 2020 at Regional Hospital in Terre Haute, IN. She was born on February 7, 1943 in Linton, IN. She was the daughter of Clarence ‘Jim’ and Marie (Taylor) Bogard. On August 18, 1989 she married the love of her life, Ron Wiggington.</p> <p>Patty was a member of Linton First Christian Church. She worked for General Electric Linton Plant with 25 years of service before retiring in 1993.</p> <p>Family left to cherish Patty’s memory include: her husband, Ron; two sons, Dean (Anna) Pierce of Linton, Steven (Lori) Pierce of Brazil; daughter, Jane (Curt) Passen of Linton; grandchildren, Gunnar, Eli, Trey, Jaden, Jeremy, Luke, Abigail, Shiloh, Charity, Josiah; great-grandchildren, Kadyn, Kian, Kruz and Ezra.</p> <p>Patty was preceded in death by: her parents and brother, James Bogard.</p> <p>Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 PM on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at Meng Family Funeral Home, Anderson-Poindexter Chapel in Linton with Warren Shake officiating. Patty will be laid to rest in Fairview Cemetery in Linton.</p> <p>Family and friends may call from 11:00 AM until the hour of the service at 1:00 PM on Tuesday at the funeral home.</p> <p>Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Patty to Linton First Christian Church.</p> <p>Following CDC guidelines, face masks will be required and continue with social distancing please.</p> <p>All arrangements were entrusted to Meng Family Funeral Homes, Anderson-Poindexter Chapel in Linton.
