Anna Waldynski, 89, of Amsterdam, NY; passed away November 11, 2020. Born in Amsterdam on April 20, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Stephen and Chiarina Catapano Sgambati. Anna was united in marriage to Edward Waldynski September 25, 1949. Ed passed away November 17, 2008. Anna is survived by sons, Edward Waldynski (Frances) of the Pensacola, Florida and Michael Waldynski (Sharon) of Fonda, NY; daughter, Virginia Ruoff Edes (William) of Amsterdam, brother, Peter Sgambati, sisters, Carmela Repka and Jennie Orapello (Michael), grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Anna was also predeceased by one sister, Domenica Iavarone. There are no calling hours. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass of Christian Burial, which will be celebrated Monday morning November 16, 2020 at 11:00 at St. Mary’s Church, 156 East Main Street, Amsterdam, NY 12010, with Rev.
