Edgar L. Bousley Sr. Edgar L. Bousley Sr., 85, of Rutland died Wednesday evening November 11, 2020 at the Genesis Elder Care Center in Rutland. He was born on May 8, 1935 in Cavendish the son of Joseph and Bernice (Sharon) Bousley. Mr. Bousley grew up in Cavendish and enlisted in the U.S. Army serving during the Korean War until his honorable discharge. He was employed for many years as a cook at the Midway dinner. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, horseback riding and old western movies. Survivors include 2 daughters Thelma Magi of Trenton, Fl and Robin Birkheimer of Queensbury, NY, a son E. Lee Bousley Jr of Granville, NJ, several stepchildren including a step-son Less Lanouette of Rutland, 4 sisters Viola Fenton of Maryland, Gladys Simmons of CA, Judith Lemieux of Pittsford and Marylou Duprey of Rutland, a brother Kenneth Bousley of Maryland, grandchildren, great grandchildren Graveside services with military honors will be held 11Am Tuesday November 17, 2020 at the Maple Grove in East Wallingford.
