Mary Ellen Patrick, age 79, of Emmalena, KY, passed away Wednesday, November 11, 2020, at Wells Hospice Center in Hazard, KY. She was born at Dayton, OH on August 19, 1941 to Clarence Freeze and Mary Ellen Green Freeze. Survivors Husband- AC Patrick Children- Merlin Patrick, Debra (Dan) Short, Beulah (Ron) Nevins, Woody (Elena) Patrick, Nancy (Mike) Smith and Burnis (Leslie) Patrick Brother- Richard (Bonnie) Freeze Grandchildren- Timothy Noble, Misty (Matt) Everage, Leann Short, Kayla Smith, Courtney Patrick, David (Rebekah) Hutton, Michael Smith Jr., Miranda Patrick, Clyde Patrick, Emily (Cody) Jent, Savannah Patrick, Mary Ellen Patrick, Amanda Smith and Heather Napier Host of Great Grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews Preceded in death by Parents- Clarence and Mary E. Burial will follow at Mountain Memory Gardens, Hindman, KY. Visitation will be held at the chapel, Saturday evening after 6PM with additional services at 7PM.
