Roxanne Manning found eternal peace on 11/10/2020. She was born 8/22/1967 in Green Bay, WI, the youngest of six children to Richard and Frances Manning. Roxanne was a chef in her early adulthood, and was honored for her skills in an article in Bon Appetit magazine. Later in her life she found and brought joy as a C.N.A. to people in nursing home and hospital settings. Roxanne found pleasure in container gardening and bird watching - her favorite being hummingbirds. She was a proud, avid Green Bay Packers fan. Roxanne's smile, kindness, and sense of humor will live on in the hearts of many, including her siblings: Rick, Renee, and Rita; very good friends Cecilia and Vince; and all their family members. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be sent to the American Federation for Suicide Prevention at afsp.org Roxanne will be greatly missed as she was always cherished as the "baby" of the family.
