<p>Dimitra Diane Sekas-Tow, 59, of Laurel, Maryland, passed away on November 11th, 2020 after a spirited but arduous battle with pancreatic cancer.</p> <p>Dee was born on January 12th1961 to George and Litsa Sekas in Washington, DC.&nbsp; After graduating from High Point High School in 1979, she pursued an accounting career, marriage, and motherhood.&nbsp; Dee gave life and unconditional love to her two daughters, Laura and Zoe.</p> <p>In 2007, she revisited her college career at Howard Community College and University of Maryland, where she achieved a Bachelor of Art degree in accounting and found love.</p> <p>While at HCC, Dee met Tim, who was absolutely smitten, and they married in June of 2010.&nbsp; Their families were joined and Dee gained an additional son and daughter, Micah and Chelsi.</p> <p>For years, Dee enjoyed a fruitful accounting career with the wonderful people at Joseph, Greenwald, &amp; Laake, PA, as well as gardening, traveling, sewing, drinking wine, and making her loved ones laugh and smile.</p> <p>Dee is survived by her husband Timothy W. Tow; mother Litsa Sekas; brother John Sekas; kids Laura deVera, Zoe Ziman, Micah Love, and Chelsi Simpson; and grandson Zayne Simpson. She was predeceased by her father, George Sekas.</p> <p>The viewing, mass, and burial will be private due to COVID restrictions.&nbsp;</p> <p>The funeral service will be live streamed starting at 11:00am on Monday November 16th, 2020 and may be viewed at this link:<a href="https://www.schgoc.org/">https://www.schgoc.org/</a></p> <p>Flowers to Harry H. Dimitra Diane Sekas-Tow, 59, of Laurel, Maryland, passed away on November 11th, 2020 after a spirited but arduous battle with pancreatic cancer.
