Marites Roxas Miceli, also known as Tess, 40, passed away, along with her unborn daughter, Lenora Roxas Miceli, on November 11, 2020 at St. Joseph Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington of a tragic illness, with her husband, Frank Miceli at her side. She was born on September 21, 1980 to Leonardo and Pilar Roxas in Lumampao, Cuenca, Batangas, Philippines. Tess worked as a makeup artist at Landmark Mall in Makati City for 14 years, helping and doing women’s makeup in store. Tess attended secondary school at Cuenca Institute in Batangas, Philippines. She loved to draw nearly anything, and enjoyed listening to music. Tess and Frank enjoyed many road trips across the Pacific Northwest, seeing and experiencing beautiful, sites and creating lasting memories along the way.  She left the comfort of her own home to be with the love of her life, Frank Miceli. Tess sacrificed many things to move to the United States to be with him, but the years they spent together were purely wonderful. Tess was predeceased by her father, Leonardo A. Roxas. She is survived by, her husband, Frank Miceli, her mother, Pilar A. Roxas, Siblings, Juanito A. Roxas, Joselito A. Roxas, Vilma R. Azcueta and family, Ramon A. Roxas, Marissa R. Fernandez and family, Eleanor R. Lorenzo and family, Lucia A. Roxas, and all of her extended family in the Philippines. Tess has over 150 relatives, and many friends who will all miss her dearly. Tess was very loved and will be missed by all. Services will be held at St. Ann Catholic Church, 7025 S Park Ave, Tacoma, WA 98408, on Saturday, November 21, 2020 at 4:30 pm.
