CHARLES DAVID PHILLIPS, JR., age 64 of Jemison, passed away suddenly on November 10, 2020 at his residence. He was born in Sylacauga, AL on June 21, 1956; the son of the late Charles David Phillips, Sr. and the late Frances Edwina Rowe Phillips.

He was a produce salesman.

He is survived by: Son, Charles David (Ally) Phillips, III of Jemison; Grandsons, Grayson Phillips and Brantley Phillips of Jemison; Sister, Theresa (Ron Williams) Phillips of Pell City; and a host of nieces and nephews.

The family will hold a celebration of life at a later date.
