Phyllis Ann Humphrey, age 67, of Canmer, KY, passed away Tuesday, November 10, 2020, at her residence in Canmer, KY. She was a former employee by Hart County Health Care and was a member of Glen Lily Church of God of Prophesy. 

She was the daughter of the late Albert Robinson and the late Dulcie Robinson. She was also preceded in death by three grandchildren Cody Barr, Candace Barr, Coy Miller, 2 brothers, 2 sisters and a son-in-law Ronnie Barr.

She is survived by her husband, James Humphrey; two daughters, Bonita Miller (Scottie), Canmer, KY, Carol Barr(Cesar), Munfordville, KY; one son, James "Don" Humphrey, Jr. (Barbara), Canmer, KY; three sisters, Mae Slayton (Johnnie), Linwood, KY, Sue Moulden , Edmonton, KY, Brenda Srygler (David), Canmer, KY; one brother, Wayne Robinson (Libbie), Canmer, KY; five grandhildren, Joseph Barr, Stephanie Humphrey, Abby Humphrey, Grason Trammell, Brett Miller. 

The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday, November 16, 2020 and from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM CT, Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at Brooks Funeral Home.  Funeral service will 11:00 AM CT, Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at Brooks Funeral Home with Pastor Joe Murphy, Jr. officiating. Interment will be at Quinn Cemetery, Bonnieville, KY.
