Deborah Jean Forrest, “Debbie”,67 of Ridge, MD passed away on November 10, 2020 in Leonardtown, MD. Born on March 31, 1953 in Leonardtown, MD she was the daughter of the late Margaret (Buckler) Reeder and George Reeder. Debbie was the loving wife of the late Patrick John Forrest, Sr. whom she married on October 24, 1970 in Hollywood, MD and who proceeded her in death on November 17, 2015. Debbie is survived by her children Patrick John (PJ) Forrest, Jr. (Trina) of St. Inigoes, MD, Christopher Forrest of Ridge, MD, Jesse Forrest (Amy) of Ridge, MD, Angela Forrest of Ridge, MD, 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Siblings Loretta Adams of Hollywood, MD, George Reeder of Conway, SC, Kirk Reeder, Diane Matthews of Fordyce, AK, Judith James of Mechanicsville, MD, Rosetta Miller of Hollywood, MD, Tina Reeder of Hollywood, MD, and Catherine Healy of Lexington Park, MD. She was preceded in death by her brothers Richard Reeder, and Rodney Reeder. She was a lifelong St. Mary’s County, MD resident and homemaker. Debbie enjoyed crabbing, playing rummy, spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchild. She enjoyed a cold beverage under her favorite shade tree with her many friends and family. The family will receive friends on Monday, November 16, 2020 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM with prayers recited at 7:00 PM in St. Michael’s Catholic Church Ridge, MD. Where a Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at 10:00 AM with Father Peter Giovanoni officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Patrick Forrest, Christopher Forrest, Jesse Forrest, Chris Thompson, Wesley Demko and Dennis Stone. Contributions may be made to the Ridge Vol. Rescue Squad P.O.
