Gary J. Loder, 71, of Port Charlotte, FL passed away on Sunday, November 8, 2020. He was born on September 21, 1949, to Jim and Dorothy Loder in Berea, OH. Gary honorably served in the United States Air Force.  He was a Vietnam Veteran and lifelong member of the F105 Wild Weasel Squadron.  Gary was an Engineer at NASA for many years.  He retired in 2005 and relocated to Port Charlotte in August of 2013 from North Royalton, OH.  Gary will be deeply missed by his wife of 50 years, Diane Loder; sons Casey and Brandon (fiancée Jennifer); brothers Terry, Gregory and Jim; sister Deborah; 2 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. A private service will be held in his memory and a private interment at Sarasota National Cemetery will take place at a future date.
