Lorece Ava Ezell, age 94 of Drasco, Arkansas, passed away November 6, 2020. Born on October 1, 1926 in Cleburne County, Arkansas, she was the daughter of the late Lucian and Estlee Martin Southerland. Lorece was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, and grandmother. Lorece was a loving daughter. She enjoyed spending time with her friends and family. She and her husband Arion moved to Richmond, Indiana and spent 37 years there where she worked for the Richmond Glove Factory for 20 years before retiring and moving back to Arkansas in 1987, where she faithfully attended the Drasco General Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Arion Lee Ezell, her brother Chester Southerland, her sister Loys Raney and her husband Wayne, her sister-in-law Shirley Southerland. She is survived by her son Wyndell Lee Ezell and his wife Rosemarie, her daughter Nona Faye Cartwright and her husband Lyle, her sisters Alma Cannon and her husband Norman, her brothers Wildred Southerland and Milburn Southerland and his wife Margie, her sister-in-law Marylou Southerland, her 6 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Ezell is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Visitation will begin at 9:00am on Wednesday, November 11, 2020 in the Drasco General Baptist Church with funeral services following at 10:00am with Rev. Billy Henderson officiating.
