Vicky Lynn Haggard Scoggins 46, of Athens, AL died Saturday, November 7, 2020 at her home. Born Saturday, December 22, 1973 in Athens, AL, she was the daughter of Kenneth Scoggins and Molly Scoggins. She was preceded in death by her father and sister, Cherish Lynn Scoggins. She is survived by her mother, Molly Scoggins, Elkmont, AL; fiancee, Mike Harison, Athens, AL; and brother, Adam Scoggins, Elkmont, AL. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, November 12th, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Gatlin Cemetery with Bro. Brent Logan officiating.
