Irvin Clair Randall, 84 of Winfield, KS formerly of Harlingen, TX went home to be with the Lord, surrounded by his family, on Friday, November 6, 2020.

Graveside memorial services will be held at 2 P.M. Friday, November 20, 2020 at the Mt. Vernon Cemetery in Winfield. Memorial contributions may be made to the Cowley County Humane Society, contributions may be left in care of the Shelley Family Funeral Home of Winfield.

Irvin (Sonny) Randall was born on September 27, 1936 in Winfield, KS at their family home on Cherry street. Son of Nora & Irvin Randall Sr. He graduated from high school in Kansas City, KS (KSSB). Irv was married to Mary Jane (Janie) Randall on November 1, 1957 in Winfield, KS. They were married for sixty years and during that time he provided for his family by working in the oil field industry and on the maintenance crew at Saint Johns College in Winfield, KS. Irv and Janie enjoyed RVing, camping, and fishing. After retiring they spent their time at Eastgate RV Park in Harlingen, TX for over 20 years. They enjoyed traveling across the country on summer trips with their grandchildren before moving back to Winfield, KS in 2011 to be with family. He was always tinkering, building, and repairing things. What some thought was junk, he would turn into treasure. He was an avid walker and enjoyed staying active. He loved spending time with his great grandson Easton Kerr. He also enjoyed jamming out to his radio, dancing, and if he could get you to two step, he would. Irv and Janie had many pets over the years that they loved while the most recent being Mr. Parker.

Survivors include, daughter Catherine Randall of Winfield, KS, son Randy Randall and wife Anna of Laural, MD, grandchildren: Kevin Moore, Kayla Kerr, Hayli Randall, Danielle, David, Valarie, Amanda, and Sierra Randall. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife Janie Randall, his parents Nora & Irvin Randall Sr, sons Richard and Steven Randall, brother William Randall, sister Norma Morgan, great grandchild Nolan Kerr.
