Neal B. Wagner of Van Buren passed away Sunday, November 8, 2020 at the age of 89. He had a successful career with Mickle Wagner Coleman Engineers & Surveyors of Fort Smith where he held the position of Head of Survey and Construction Inspections. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He is preceded in death by his wife Sandra J. Wagner and a son Dennis M. Wagner. He is survived by two sons Curtis and wife Esther Wagner of Wesley, Ark. and Mark and wife Sharon Wagner of Van Buren; one daughter-in-law Beverly Wagner of Charleston; five grandchildren Tabatha Elrod, Daniel Wagner, Leah Davis, Jessica Hadlock and Westley Wagner; a host of great-grandkids; also loving friend Norma Hopkins. Funeral services will be graveside 11:00 A.M., on Thursday, November 12, 2020 at Fort Smith National Cemetery with military honors under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren. Honorary Pallbearers will be Daniel Wagner, Westley Wagner, Errol Wagner, Keagen Wagner, Grayson Wagner and Adin Hadlock.
