Leslie A. Saunders (Clarkston and Bear Lake, MI) 10/4/1947 – 11/7/2020 Husband to Rhonda, father to Pat and Lisa, grandfather to Declan Ambler, brother to Colleen (Bob) Considine, son of Mer and Phyllis of Ortonville. Les retired from the Road Commission for Oakland County in 2012 after 39 years of engineering traffic safety. He devoted his free time and tireless support to his family and his enthusiasms for music, automobiles, lake sports and boating. Les was an original cruiser of Woodward Ave, a charter member of the Corvette Club of Michigan, and had the cleanest cars you’ve ever ridden in. He was a standout athlete in his youth, and maintained a fondness for football and the Detroit Tigers. Due to the tough times Michigan is experiencing in 2020, Les would appreciate a memorial donation to Forgotten Harvest in lieu of flowers or visitation.Obituary
