Donald Lee Rouggly

Donald Lee Rouggly, 89, of Grassy, MO passed away on Friday November 06, 2020 at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. He was born March 1st, 1931 in French Villiage MO; son of Roscoe and Myrtle (Carrow) Rouggly. He and Wilma Gaines were united in marriage on January 1st, 1955. Donald worked for Proctor and Gamble as a Quality Checker until he retired and of the General Baptist Faith. He was a member of Palmore Chapel. Survivors include his wife Wilma, and four children, Dennis (Pam) Rouggly of Oriole MO, Michael Rouggly of Cape Girardeau MO, Rodney (Mary) Rouggly of Grassy, Mo, and Lisa (Mark) Miller of Grassy, MO, 15 Grandchildren, and 16 Great Grandchildren. He is also survived by Three sisters, Margie Hannon of St. Louis, Mary Alice Carrol of Collinsville, IL, and Geraldine Gibson of St. Louis. He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister Anabel Brown and two brothers Raymond and Richard Rouggly. Graveside Services will be held at the Dan Eaker Cemetery in Grassy on Wednesday, November 11, 2020 at 1:00 PM with Brother Steve Sanders officiating.
