Francis K. Volnick

In loving memory of Francis Kenneth Volnick, born November 1, 1936, passed away peacefully in his home with his family. Francis was a born and raised resident of Lagrange his whole life. He grew up working on a farm and worked his way to a self-employed mason contractor for many years. Francis was an active member of the community and was a sponsor for Lagrange youth softball and baseball in the '70s, 80's and 90's. Francis dedicated a lot of his time to his garden, which he was very fond of. He was diligent and determined in everything that he set his mind to. Francis was the kind of man that believed in the importance of hard work and earning what you have. He spent most of his time in the outdoors participating in hunting, fishing, and trapping. Francis traveled to many places in his life, experiencing different cultures while hunting along the way with his son. Francis was a loving father of Randy Francis Volnick and grandfather to Andrew Francis Volnick and Nicholas James Volnick. He is also survived by other relatives, including his sister Sandra and Judy, along with others. In Honor of Francis Kenneth Volnick's life, the family decided to celebrate his life privately and will not be having services. Francis will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him. God Bless and May he rest in peace. Funeral arrangements are being handled by the Timothy P.
