Silver Mouton Obituary

MSG Silver (Troopa) Mouton Jr of Aberdeen, MD was born on August 25, 1927 in Galveston,
Texas to the late Tessie and Silver Mouton Sr. He entered into eternal peace on November 5,
2020 at Elkton Nursing and Rehabilitation located in Elkton, MD.

Silver received his early education in the Bay City School District and later graduated from
Hilliard High School in 1945.

career Silver earned several medals to include WWII Victory, Army Occupation, National

and patriotism he learned in the Army never left him, as friends and family will attest.

Shortly before retirement Silver decided to settle down in Aberdeen, MD where he met the late
C. Elizabeth Walker (affectionately known as “Ms. Jittabug”) with whom he shared life with
until her passing.

giving of insightful advice, fixing and/or buying bikes, and those unforgettable words in that
booming voice “Mighty Fine”, “Hey Troopa” and “I’m feeling fine as cat hair”.
