Andrew (Larry) Romero, age 76, beloved Father, Husband, and Grandfather, was called to his eternal resting place on Sunday, October 29, 2020. He entered this world on Saturday, November 6, 1943, in the small town of Marquez, NM, born to Andres and Dionela Romero. He is survived by his spouse, Evelyn Romero; daughter, Denise Martinez; son, Adrian Romero and wife Henrietta; seven grandsons, Bernardo Martinez III, Andres Martinez, Estefan Martinez, Severo Martinez, Alonzo Romero, Anthony Romero, Adrian Romero Jr.; two granddaughters, Amber Romero and Jennay Fuentes; brothers, Audie (Frances) Romero and David Romero; and sister, Rosie Richards. Andrew was preceded in death by his parents, Andres and Dionela Romero; his wife; Molly Romero; daughter, RoxAnne Fuentes; and brothers, Raymond, Wally and Billy Romero. Andrew was a proud Veteran of the Navy. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and will be greatly missed. Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, November 11, 2020,10:00 a.m. at Rio Vista Church on the Nazarene (immediate family only due to Covid restrictions).

Everyone is welcome to come pay their respects as we lay him to rest in Marquez, NM, around 1:00 p.m. Honorary Pallbearers will be James Martinez, Valerie Blea, Joseph Sanchez, Jaycob Blea and Paulena Sanchez.

There will be a reception after the burial in Marquez, NM at the family home
