Alma Charlene Dobias

Alma Charlene Dobias, 80 of Park Rapids, MN died on Friday, October 30, 2020 at Sanford Bemidji Medical Center. She was born in White Clay, NE, the daughter of Clifford and May (Townsend) Coon. She attended and graduated in 1958 in Oakland, CA. She lived and worked in various areas; White Clay, ND, San Leandro, CA, Oakland, CA, St. Hilaire, MN, East Grand Forks, MN, and Park Rapids, MN. She enjoyed crafts, sewing, crocheting, and cooking. She was the best mom in the world. She loved spending time with her husband, children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She was very special and loved people. She was also very kind, caring, and empathetic. She is survived by her husband, Marvin Dobias of Detroit Lakes, MN; children, Julie (Tod) Tonsager of Randall, MN, Ruth (Bob) Rizzi of Nevis, MN, Dale (Toni) Dobias of St. Hilaire, MN, and Wendi Dobias-Osborn of Solway, MN; and numerous grandkids and great grandkids. She was preceded in death by her parent; sister, Rita Comerate; brother, Merle Coon; and son, Roy Dobias. Visitation will be at Cease Family Funeral Home in Park Rapids on Wednesday, November 4, 2020 from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. Graveside services will be at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, November 5, 2020 at St. Hilaire Cemetery in St. Hilaire, MN. Arrangements are being handled by the Cease Family Funeral Home of Park Rapids, MN.
