Allison Wilke Weinschenk, 49, passed away Friday, October 30, 2020 in Cleburne, Texas.

Allie was born in Brenham on February 27, 1971 to Daniel and Nelda Williams Wilke. She was baptized and confirmed at Grace Lutheran Church, graduated from Brenham High School in 1989 then later attended school to become a dental assistant where upon graduation she worked at Brenham Dental Center until 2009.

On March 22, 1997, she was united in marriage to the love of her life, Gregory Weinschenk, at St. James Lutheran Church of New Wehdem.

Her daughter, Addison, was the light of her life. Allie enjoyed watching Addie play soccer as a child, with Greg as her coach, and volleyball at Cleburne Junior High and High School. She was looking forward to Addie’s upcoming high school graduation and moving back to Brenham soon after. Allie enjoyed taking trips to San Antonio with her husband Greg and family vacations to the beach each summer. She was a simple person who valued the simple things in life, spending time with her family was of most importance. Allie was a friend to all with a heart of gold and a smile that could brighten any room. She will be dearly missed.

Allie was preceded in death by her father, Daniel Wilke, grandparents John Riley and Ruth Williams and Otto and Dorothy Wilke, brothers-in-laws Chris Weinschenk and Jeff Weinschenk.

Allison is survived by her loving husband of 23 years, Gregory, daughter Addison, both of Cleburne, stepsons Jacob Weinschenk and wife Tiffany of Nashville, TN and Scott Weinschenk of Austin, TX, mother Nelda Wilke, sisters Danell Moehlmann and husband Donald, and Kim Duge and Tommy Bolcerek, mother and father-in-law Roe and Sue Weinschenk, sister-in-law Michelle Schmidt and husband Darrell, all of Brenham, as well as many other nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 4, 2020 from 7am-8pm with the family present from 6-8pm. Funeral services will be held at Memorial Oaks Chapel at 10am on Thursday, November 5, 2020 with a burial following at Prairie Lea Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Scott Weinschenk, Darrell Schmidt, Daniel Moehlmann, Mase Duge, Clint Doege, Bradley Kohring, Brian Goff and Mark Moehlmann.

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Memorial Oaks Chapel, 1306 West Main Street, Brenham, TX 77833.
