Ellsworth Nicole Paris Hussey, 42, died unexpectedly October 30, 2020. She was born November 15, 1978 in Presque Isle, the daughter of Guy B. Hussey III and Bridget D. Henderson Leighton. Nicole graduated from Ellsworth high school. Nicole was a devoted mother to both children which her world revolved around. She was a beloved mother, daughter, sister, granddaughter, auntie, friend and so much more. There was no question that when she walked into a room it was lit up with her energy and vibrancy. Nicole is survived by her two children, son, Devin Hussey of Franklin; her daughter, Emma Card of Ellsworth; father, Guy B Hussey III and his wife, Becky of Princeton; mother, Bridget D. Henderson Leighton and her husband, Paul of Franklin; one sister, Brandi Morang and her Husband, Robert of Swan’s Island; grandmother, Lillian Leighton of Franklin; two nieces, Amber Morang and Reese Morang, one nephew, Carson Morang; father of her children, Jeff Card; and dear friend, Nancy Elliot. Nicole is predeceased by her grandparents, Guy Bernard Hussey Jr. and wife, Gretchen; and Virgil Leighton. There will be a private service determined at a later date.
