Virginia Chávez Cárdenas, 61, of Pasco, WA, passed away on October 29, 2020, at home. She was born on February 5, 1959 in Montaño, Michoacán, Mexico, to Rodolfo and Angelina Cárdenas. She married Leopoldo Chávez on September 3, 1975. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She lived in Tri-Cities for 29 years. She was a member of Saint Patrick’s Catholic Church. She loved to spend time with her family, children, and grandchildren. She loved to knit on her spare time. Virginia is survived by her husband, Leopoldo Chávez, her children, Maria Guadalupe Chávez, Norma Chávez, Brenda Chávez, Joel Chávez, and Alexandra Chávez, 15 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren, her mother Angelina Cárdenas, three sisters and four brothers.
