<p style="text-align: center;">Mary Elizabeth Bater went to her heavenly home October 30, 2020 in Yukon, Oklahoma at the age of 92.</p> <p style="text-align: center;">Mary was born August 15, 1928 to Hubert &amp; Mattie Jackson in Seminole, Oklahoma.</p> <p style="text-align: center;">She married the love of her life John Vernon Baxter on August 13, 1946. Mary &amp; John was blessed with a son and daughter.</p> <p style="text-align: center;">Mary dedicated her life to being a loving wife, mother &amp; grandmother. Mary surrendered her life to the Lord at the age of 21. John &amp; Mary raised their children in church and taught them by example to love the Lord and to give their life to him. Mary followed in her mother&rsquo;s footsteps and became a great prayer warrior for her family and friends. Mary was also a faithful member of First Baptist Church Of Moore for over 37 years.</p> <p style="text-align: center;">Mary was a OU football fan, and loved going places with her daughter, and enjoyed family gatherings.</p> <p style="text-align: center;">Mary was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, 4 brothers, 4 sisters and great granddaughter Hadley.</p> <p style="text-align: center;">Mary is survived by her son John Baxter and wife Ginger, daughter Nancy Mitchell and husband Errol.</p> <p style="text-align: center;">5 grandsons, David and wife Tessa, Johnny and wife Lily, Rick and wife Stephanie, Shawn and wife Krystin, Heath and wife Mayra. Great Grandkids, Kyle and wife Skye, Nikki, Joshua, Lauren, Jeremiah, Josiah, Mckenzie, Eric, Axel, Braxton, Trey, Allie, Hazel. Great Great Grandson, Elliot.</p> <p style="text-align: center;">We will never forget her love, her wit and spunkyness, beautiful smile and that wink.</p> <p style="text-align: center;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: center;">We want to offer special thanks to Tender Care Hospice for their care and support.</p>
