Neva Broshuis, 74, of Poplar Bluff, MO, formerly of Greenville, MO, passed away Saturday, October 31, 2020, at SSM Health, Fenton, MO. She was born April 26, 1946, the baby of seven children, to parents William Taylor and Oral Arvella (Hull) Fagg. 

Neva worked years in the log woods, sawmill and as a cook in restaurants. She had a love for fishing, cooking for her family when she was able, and playing cards. Neva was a wonderful mother and grandmother. She loved her family and was happiest when her large brood surrounded her.  

She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers: William “Bill” and Melvin Fagg; sisters: Vernia Garcia and “Marie” Hobbs; grandchildren: Amanda Massey, Misty Martin. 

Neva is survived by two sisters: Dorothy Rainwater-Pikey and husband Ed of Poplar Bluff, Elsie Atnip of Piedmont; three daughters: Kimberly Knight of Poplar Bluff, Carmella Fenske of Poplar Bluff, Elaine Brown and husband Mike of Duncan, OK; grandchildren: Joe Massey, Melissa Joy and husband Matt, April Cantrell and husband Tim, Rosie Hillis-Skaggs and fiancé Jason Scott, Michael Martin, Leslie Fenske, Tyler McAtee, Danielle Robinson and husband Josh, Rachel Brown and fiancé Stephen Schardan, Hannah Brown; seventeen great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends. Neva will be greatly missed.  

Visitation was held at 5:00 pm, Tuesday, November 3, 2020, at Ruegg Funeral Home, Greenville Chapel. Funeral service was held at 7:00 pm, also in the Greenville Chapel. Pastor Brenda Henson ministered to the family. Cremation followed. Online condolences can be made at www.rueggfuneralhomes.com.
