Constance E. Morris

    1953 – 2020

Constance Elizabeth Morris (McCrae), wife of Wayne Morris of Miramichi, passed at her residence on Friday, October 30, 2020 at the age of 67.

Born in Newcastle, on June 12, 1953 she was the daughter of the late William and Lena McCrae.  She was a Homemaker and attended The Point Church.

She is survived by her husband, Wayne Morris; son, Scott Morris (Bev) of Miramichi; daughter, Kelly Carroll (Joe) of Napan; seven grandchildren: Megan Taylor, Cail Morris, Zack Morris, Sarah Morris, Emma Morris, Aaden Carroll and Jarett Carroll; four sisters: Jean Urquhart of Boom Road, Irene Hamilton (Bob) of Lyttleton, Eileen Shaddick (David) of South Esk, and Peggy Lynch (Ronnie) of Nelson; four brothers: Bert Butler of Ontario, Brian McCrae (Joanne) and John McCrae of Miramichi and Bobby McCrae (Edith) of Boom Road; four sisters-in-law: Heather McLean (Alex) of Campbellton, Lois Donovan (John) of Ontario, Tammy MacDonald (Wayne) of Napan and Sandra McCrae of Miramichi; three brothers-in-law: Ted Morris (Tammy), Gerry Morris (Andrea Theriault) and Robbie Morris (Sherri LaPointe) all of Miramichi.  She was predeceased by her parents; brother, Ronnie McCrae; sister-in-law, Joyce Butler; father-in-law, John Morris; and mother-in-law, June Morris.

Visitation was held at Adams Funeral Home, 140 King St., Miramichi on Thursday  from 7-9 pm.  Funeral service was held at Riverside Cemetery on Friday, November 6, 2020 at 11 am with Rev. Deacon Ted Quann officiating.  The scripture readings were read by Bill Gallant, and the eulogy was presented by sister, Eileen Shaddick and Goddaughter, Amy Urquhart.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
