<p>Edna &ldquo;Sally&rdquo; Marie Untied Amato was born September 8, 1929 in Oak Park, IL.&nbsp; She passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 29, 2020 in Elkhorn, WI.&nbsp;</p> <p>Sally was the beloved wife of Donald Amato for 69 years; loving mother of Lynn (Mike) Dziadula, Cynthia Amato, Joseph (Lori) Amato and Donald (Lynn) Amato; proud grandmother of nine, Karen Dziadula Shanahan, Stefanie Dziadula, Catherine Dziadula Tallman, Peter Karakosta, Leigh Karakosta Locker, Amber Karakosta Wuscher, Kevin (Rachel) Amato, Haley and Elizabeth Amato; and the cherished great grandmother of eleven.&nbsp;&nbsp; Sally is further survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.&nbsp;</p> <p>A Barrington resident for 45 years and 30 years in Elkhorn Wisconsin, Sally&rsquo;s greatest love was being with her grandchildren.&nbsp; She started the St. Patrick&rsquo;s Church Women&rsquo;s Guild in Elkhorn and enjoyed many summers working with the Garden Club of Elkhorn as well.&nbsp; Sally and Don were active in St. Patrick Church including delivering Meals on Wheels and volunteering at Lakeland Healthcare Center.</p> <p>Mass and interment will be held privately.&nbsp; Sally&rsquo;s family appreciates all of your well wishes at this time.&nbsp; Please leave a memory of her under Tribute Wall.&nbsp;</p>

Edna “Sally” Marie Untied Amato was born September 8, 1929 in Oak Park, IL.  She passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 29, 2020 in Elkhorn, WI. 

Sally was the beloved wife of Donald Amato for 69 years; loving mother of Lynn (Mike) Dziadula, Cynthia Amato, Joseph (Lori) Amato and Donald (Lynn) Amato; proud grandmother of nine, Karen Dziadula Shanahan, Stefanie Dziadula, Catherine Dziadula Tallman, Peter Karakosta, Leigh Karakosta Locker, Amber Karakosta Wuscher, Kevin (Rachel) Amato, Haley and Elizabeth Amato; and the cherished great grandmother of eleven.   Sally is further survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
