Alan W. McInroy77, of Weiser passed away at his home on October 27, 2020 surrounded by his wife and children. Alan was born in Stapleton, Nebraska on January 14, 1943 to Walter and Bonnie McInroy. He resided in Weiser, Idaho with his wife Geneva (Jenny) for the past 26 years. In addition to his wife he is survived by his children Kristopher McInroy and wife Summer and their children Kyran, Adalynn, and Harper; Callie McInroy and fiancé David Olivo and their children Noah, Jessalynn, and Abel; Shane McInroy and wife Jessica and their children Liam and Emma. He is also survived by his sister Kathy Gudgell and husband Ed of Kimberly, Idaho. Alan retired from Treasure Valley Farms of Vale, Oregon. He served two tours in the U.S. Navy, serving on the USS Blueback during the Vietnam War. One of Alan’s greatest joys in life was spending time with his children and grandchildren. Family gatherings and outdoor activities were very important to him. Alan also was a foster parent for 11 years for troubled children.
