PITTSBURGH, PENNSYLVANIA – Paul A. “Buddy” Robinson, 59, of East Liverpool passed away Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. Paul was born in Salem on March 24, 1961 a son of the late Robert P. “Robbie” and Shirley M. (Biggins) Robinson. He was a graduate of Beaver Local High School Class of 1979 where he went to the Columbiana County Career Center. He also attended Computer Tech in Pittsburgh. Paul retired from the U.S. Department of Justice Federal Correction Institute in Elkton where he was the garage foreman. He also worked at Brittain Motors and Greenwood Chevrolet as a mechanic. Paul had many interests and hobbies. He was an avid outdoorsman; enjoying hunting, fishing, archery and marksmanship. He enjoyed building and flying model airplanes and helicopters. Paul was also a competitive motocross rider in his youth. Left to cherish his memory are wife of 37 years, whom he married July 15, 1983, Sandra (Oliver) Robinson; son Mike Robinson and his fiancée Michelle Adessa of Cleveland, OH; daughter Kristy Robinson of Miami, FL and two grandchildren Nala Spence and Ethan Robinson. Friends may visit at the Dawson Funeral Home on Saturday where the family will be present from 12 to 3 p.m. Evangelist Will Montgomery of St. Clair Avenue Church of Christ will conduct a funeral service Saturday 3 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Columbiana County Memorial Park. In compliance with Ohio state regulations with concerns of the COVID-19 virus masks must be worn at all times in the funeral home.
