Charlotte Elaine "Harmon" Jacobs, age 71, of Providence Church Road, Lavonia, GA, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 28, 2020 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Lafayette, AL, and was the daughter of the late Riser Harmon and Mrs. Elizabeth Bailey Harmon. She moved to Lavonia, GA eight years ago from Decatur, GA. She is survived by her husband, Tommy Jacobs; daughter, Charlotte (Chris) Trotter of Lavonia; and grandchildren, Dylan and Abby Trotter.
