<p style="text-align: justify;">Ella Sue Bailey, 77, wife of Frank Bailey, died Wednesday, October 28, 2020, at her daughter's residence, after an illness.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Mrs. Bailey was born on January 10, 1943 in Florence County, daughter of the late Boyd Hicks and Effie Alice Powell Hicks. She was a member of Friendfield Pentecostal Holiness Church.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Surviving are her husband of 58 years, Frank Bailey of Scranton; daughter, Susan (Robbie) McKnight of Effingham; and grandson, Austin McKnight of Effingham.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Mrs. Bailey was preceded in death by her son, Barry Deleon Bailey; brothers, Jack Hicks, Billy Hicks, Bud Hicks and Toby Hicks; and sisters, Jessi Creel and Bertie Powell.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Friday, October 30, 2020, at Carolina Funeral Home Chapel.
