Harold E. Lewis

LEWIS, Harold age 87 of Lebanon, Ohio passed away Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at Bethesda North Hospital. Harold was born December 25, 1932 in Harlan Township, Ohio, the son of Lundy Sr. and Alberta (nee: Wolfe) Lewis. Harold worked as a truck driver for many years, working at McCleans Trucking, Gateway Trucking, the Warren County Engineers Office, and ODOT, before going to work for himself at AC Trucking. When he wasn't driving, Harold enjoyed horses and watching Westerns on TV. Harold was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Ada Lee (nee: McIntosh) Lewis; his brother Lundy Lewis Jr., and his sisters Nadine Swearingen and Estillina Helton. He leaves behind his daughters Barbara (David) Tucker, Lesa (Gary) Harris, and Sue (Howie) Whitson; special friend Mae Ree Rose; 6 grandchildren; 8 greatgrandchildren; 2 great-greatgrandchildren; as well as many other family members and friends. The family will receive friends Monday, November 02, 2020 from 11 AM until time of services at 1 PM, all that Stine Funeral Home of Lebanon, with Pastor Jeffrey Bryan officiating. Interment will follow in Edwardsville Cemetery in Blanchester, Ohio.
