<p>George Hans Barker 81, passed away October 27, 2020 surrounded by family.&nbsp; George was born November 1, 1938 in Randolph, Utah to F. Weston Barker and Leah Hansen Barker; he has one brother Rayo Barker of Evanston WY.</p> <p>On September 20, 1958 he married Mary Ann Mills of Evanston WY; they raised 3 children, Kathi Ann Barker, George Patrick Barker and Lanny Weston Barker.&nbsp; They were sealed April 20, 1988.&nbsp;</p> <p>He worked many jobs throughout his life, he worked in the Colorado Wyoming gas fields in Hiawatha Colorado.&nbsp; Moving to Randolph Utah he started working at Staffer Chemical FMC in Kemmerer WY.&nbsp; Then he worked as a mechanic for Hoffmann Repair, was the Randolph Town Marshall, and bought property to build a trailer park, along with purchasing the Hoffmann Repair business in 1975.&nbsp; He and his business partner named the business J- Bar Auto.&nbsp; He loved running loaders, track hoe and operating screen plants to process sand and gravel.&nbsp; He loved to work sun-up to sun-down.&nbsp; One of his favorite sayings was, &ldquo;Daylights burning let&rsquo;s get er done&rdquo;</p> <p>George loved guns, hunting with a bow &amp; arrow, loved livestock of all kinds. But the most important was the 8 years he served in the Ogden Temple on Saturdays.&nbsp; He loved his three children, 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren, with one on the way!&nbsp; He had a special talent of knowing when people needed help of any kind.&nbsp; George will be sadly missed; he has left a wonderful legacy.</p> <p>He is survived by his wife Mary Ann, children Kathi and Pat.&nbsp; Proceeded in death by son Lanny, parents, grandparents, many aunts and uncles.&nbsp;</p> <p>The family wished to thank all the kind hands at Intermountain Medical Center &amp; Evanston Regional Hospital, and Crandall Funeral Home.&nbsp;</p> <p>Funeral Services for George will take place at the Randolph LDS Church on Thursday, October 29, 2020 at 1:00 PM. Viewing will be from 10:00 to 12:45 before the service.</p>
