Cleo Elliott, 76, of Plant City, FL, passed away on Monday, October 26, 2020. A native of Plant City, he was a life-long resident of the area and a member of Bethany Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Nancy; sons, Bryan Elliott, Tony (Nina) Ortega and Justin Ortega; daughter, Loretta Wales; sisters, Juanita Hutchinson, Jennie Hatler and Elizabeth Stevenson and grandchildren, Jacob, Logan and Brittany Ortega. Services will be private.
