Ms. Nakuma Grace "Mud" Jones of Shannon was born on July 13, 1978 in Cumberland County and departed this life on October 24, 2020 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center completing her journey of 42 years. Ms. Jones leaves to cherish her memories, her companion: Clifton Baatwright of Sanford; three children: Tatianna S. Jones, Camryn B. Jones, and Triston K. Baatwright, all of Sanford; her parents: Jerry Oxendine of Shannon and Barbara Burford (Michael) of Sanford; her siblings: Jerry Lee Oxendine of Mooresville and Wahkuna M. Oxendine of Parkton; her paternal grandmother: Lillie Oxendine; maternal grandmother: Grace Locklear and a host of relatives and friends. A visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29, 2020 from 6-7 P.M. at Boles Funeral Home in Red Springs. Services entrusted to Boles Funeral Home of Red Springs.
