Sylvia “Katie” Foulk, 78, was a long-time resident of Cape Girardeau, MO passed away on Sunday, October 25, 2020 at Southeast Hospital due to COVID 19. She was born February 17, 1942 in Cape Girardeau, MO, daughter of Charles and Ethel Hogenmiller. Katie enjoyed singing Karaoke, crafts, and gardening. Her passion was going to garage sales and thrift shops and search for treasures and reading her bible on a daily basis. Her family and her faith were most important to her. Survivors include her daughter Marshia Eaton (Bill Eaton) of Arnold, MO, two grandchildren, Jordan Eaton of St. Louis, MO and Kyle Eaton of Arnold, MO; two sisters Elizabeth Joan Stickle and Lynda Kay Penny both of Cape Girardeau, and several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews . She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Hogenmiller and Ethel Lambert and three siblings: Mary Helen Cheshire, John Cheshire, and Harold Cheshire.
