Richard Ace Poling, age 85, of McKeesport, entered into eternal rest and went to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, October 26, 2020. Richard is survived by his loving children, Susan Lynn (James) Carloss, Sherri Lynn Rappold and Step-Daughter, Linda (Charles) Tortorice. First wife, Margaret Steadman. Cherished Pap of Jesse W. Dudley, Jr., Dylan Josef Rappold, Kortney Lynn Rappold, Nicole (Kevin) Barnhart, and Chad Tortorice, Great-Pap of Danni Lucia Dudley, Floyd William Dudley, and Jesslynn Victoria Dudley. Loving brother of Velma (the late Forney) Walls and their children, David (Chris) Walls and Patricia (George) Walls-Egri. Loving uncle of Robert Poling, and Bruce Poling; as well as great nieces, nephews, extended family and many dear friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lyda Fay Poling; his parents, Sherman E. and Ethel Poling; grandson, Brian Austin Dudley; brother, Robert Poling; sister in-law, Muriel Poling; and his nephew, Dan Walls; great-nephew, David Walls. Richard loved the beach, listening to Willie Nelson and gospel music, and also to be surrounded by his family and his dog, Sandy. He will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him.
