Robert L. Smith, 74 of Zanesville, passed away on October 27th at 1:26am. Robert is preceded in death by his wife, Vicki L. Smith; brother, Richard L. Smith; grandson, Kyle Casebolt and granddaughter, Julia Smith. Robert was born to the late Alford Bond and Viola R. Bond. Robert has one son and five daughters: Tammy Smith, Becky (Terry) Wyatt, Roberta (Matt) Preston, Robert L. Smith Jr. (Jamie Moore), Vicki Smith and Heather Smith. Robert has 18 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren; brothers: Eddie Smith and Mike Smith. Robert was a very kind man who would give his shirt off his back to someone who needed it.  He is going to be remembered by putting a smile on everyone's face with all of the jokes he told. He always made sure to have time for his children and grandchildren. He had a heart of gold. He never met a stranger. He always loved to tell jokes and loved his skulls so much that he was known as "Skullman" God knew he wanted another angel and he gained another on October 27th.
