Wilda Ruth Phillips Stieringer
Wilda Ruth Phillips Stieringer, 75, a resident of Elkins, passed from this life Tuesday, October 27, 2020, at home surrounded by family and under the care of Mountain Hospice. Ruth was born Sunday, June 26, 1945, in Baltimore, MD, a daughter of the late Loyal Lee Phillips and Lillian Crites Phillips. Left to cherish her memory are four children, Rhonda Faye Phillips of Elkins, Mellissa Beth Tuesing Suzuki and husband Mike of Panama City Beach, FL, JaCinda Rae Zeiders and husband Roger of PA, and Lena Michelle Schell of Elk Garden, fifteen grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and two siblings, Betty Lee Smith of Junior, and James Neal Phillips of OH. Preceding her in death besides her parents was one daughter, Rachel Lynne Tuesing-Traw, and one granddaughter, NaKeia Alisa Morales-Moore. Ruth’s request for cremation was be honored.Obituary
