Carl J. Donald Horseheads, NY Passed away on Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at the age of 78. He was born May 23, 1942 in Endicott, NY, son of the late Frank and Helen Bradshaw Donald. He is predeceased by his brother, Chuck Donald and his cousin Gerald Bradshaw. Carl is survived by his loving and devoted companion of 25 years, Joyce Monroe; sister-in-law, Lorraine (Chuck) Donald; cousin, Geraldine (Robert) White and several nephews and extended family. He retired from Corning Inc. as a technician, graduated from Elmira Heights and Elmira College, was a member of the Horseheads Moose Club, and enjoyed playing cards, betting on horses, and golfing.
