<p>Janet L. Taylor 90, transitioned peacefully on Monday, September 12, 2020, in the loving care of Regency at Puakea and Kauai Hospice nurses and staff. Jan was born in Long Beach, CA and raised in San Diego. Eighteen years ago she was able to fulfill her dream of living on Kauai. She embraced Kauai&#39;s aloha spirit and relaxed pace which counter balanced her &quot;Energizer Bunny&quot; nature.</p> <p>Before retirement Jan was a skilled pediatric physical therapist who made treatments playtime. Her positive attitude and empathy were also key to her successful private practice.</p> <p>She and husband Marv enjoyed visiting with friends and family in Canada, Europe and California and made many new friends during their travels. She had many interests; gardening, recycling, snorkeling, and fine jewelry making. Jan was a member of P.E.O. and Mokihana Club and supporter of the American Cancer Society, National Tropical Botanical Gardens, UCLA and USC Alumni Associations.</p> <p>Jan was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Marvin A. Taylor on August 11, 2020. She is survived by her daughters, KayAnnette Taylor (Jeff), Connie Campbell (Scott Klein), stepson Scott Taylor (Debbie), stepdaughter Terri Lee Taylor, and step granddaughter, Samantha Holliday (Dale).</p> <p>Arrangements by Kauai Memorial Gardens, no services.</p>

Janet L. Taylor 90, transitioned peacefully on Monday, September 12, 2020, in the loving care of Regency at Puakea and Kauai Hospice nurses and staff. Jan was born in Long Beach, CA and raised in San Diego. Eighteen years ago she was able to fulfill her dream of living on Kauai.
